Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

You are buying a digital e-book, The Science of Male Enhancement (Illustrated Edition), in PDF format. No physical product is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

2. How it is delivered

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the E-book is sent automatically as a PDF attachment to the email address you entered at checkout. Most customers receive it within a few minutes. After payment you are also taken to a confirmation page, and Stripe sends you a separate payment receipt.

3. Opening the file

The PDF can be opened on any phone, tablet or computer with a standard PDF reader, such as the built-in viewer on iPhone, Android, Mac or Windows. Save the file to your device once it arrives.

4. If the email doesn't arrive

1. Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your inbox for "The Science of Male Enhancement."
2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct (it appears on your Stripe receipt).
3. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, email factcraftpress@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will send it again. We aim to reply within one business day.

5. Wrong email address

If you made a typo in your email address, contact us with the purchase date, amount and the last four digits of your card so we can find your order and send the E-book to the correct address.

6. Refunds

Because the E-book is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy.
